Guess where I was...

Yup, we're still yard saleing... at the end of September for crying out loud! Can't believe the stuff I'm still getting out there. Check it out...

A beautiful pair of lamps for $5 each. And they do work.

This glass thing is huge and heavy. Can't believe I got it in the car, got it home, washed and dried it and didn't break it! It was filled with sand, stones and this brand new candle. I've got so many ideas for this. Wouldn't it be great as a fish bowl though?

Another crocheted dress pot holder, this one will actually match the new kitchen colours! And a little teacup & saucer. It's Wedgewood.

When you get too many, just start stack'em.
I picked up this vintage (1972?) nurse's book for Cailynn. She's in her final year at 'Nurse School'. She should really read up on this when dealing with our family! (just joking!)
A shop in Dover had a closing out sale and I got this cool drying rack for the laundry room. Look how much it holds and I haven't even tried it with wet clothes yet!
The store was actually a costume store. They had a few vintage hats that I thought were kind of nice with the flowers on them.
Love this one, looks like a bridesmaid hat.
'Mama, I don't like this modeling thing, I look like a wimp!'
'Here, I'll just hold it up'
This picture frame was .25 cents! Looks great on the bathroom shelf with Meggie's pic in it.
This basket is perfect for cloth napkins.
Isn't this great? Love Halloween stuff.
This goes without saying in my house.
I think this is kind of old. Great door stopper.
'Mama, do you see what he's doing?'
'Spike, it's ok, he's not real'
'But Mama, he's lifting his leg'
'He's not really real Spike'
'Yeah, but last time I did that...'
'Spikie, get a grip'

A box of bling. I love the colour of those pearls. This little jam jar was a steal. Got this jar and the nurse book for .25 cents! And it's glass, even the spoon is glass! I bought these sugar cubes a few years ago for show. Don't they look great in this?
These glasses were still sealed in the original box, $5!

Picked up a few new hankies, see the one with the K on it?

Didn't get this yard saleing, but I did pick it up this week at a fabric store! Couldn't believe it when I realized it was plastic. It looks great on the counter filled with goodies.
