Who Let the Dog In?

This past weekend, we celebrated SIL Suzanne's birthday. As with all family things, everyone brings their dogs...

This is my brother Terry's dog.

This is Lucy.

Lucy is a bully.

She's still a puppy and has a lot of energy...
And a face only a mother could love (the dog, not the kid).
This is Spike.

Spike does not like Lucy.

Spike stays as far away from Lucy as possible.

Even if it means staying on his Dad's shoulder for 3 hours.
"Don't worry about me mama, I'm fine up here"
Or he spends part of the time sitting up beside the tv.

Either way, he's happy when we say, "It's time to go home"!
