Another Tatoo!

I just haven't felt like blogging lately, but I have to show the pics from my latest (and last) tatoo. Todd from DeJaVu Tatoo in Kitchener did this one too.

I've been planning on getting a cat tat (haha) because of my initials, 'KAT'. When I saw this idea, thought it was perfect. This is just the stencil that goes on first to get the right position.

Yeah, it looks messy while he's doing it, this is just getting it outlined in black.

K, so the outline's done. The most painful part was just above my ankle bone. And I mean pain full!

A little bit of colour is added. I love the detail in the eye.

Voila! Done. I think the ankle was a great choice for this design. And look how it goes up at the back of my leg. LLLove it! Thanks Mom for going with me too.

Teacup Tatoo

Finally got around to getting the photos of my tatoo day ready for my blog. I been busy ya know!

So MBF Cindy & I went to Kitchener to DeJe Vu Tatoo. Todd did Bryan and Cailynn's tats so I thought i'd try him out. He had drawn his own teacup design that was perfect.

K, so this is just getting the stencil put in the right spot. Perfect!

Ok, now this is when it starts to hurt, yes, as soon as needle hits skin...

So we're half way through. I can feel what part he's outlining through the whole process.

Yeah, it hurts, but it stops as soon as he lets up on the tatoo gun thingy.

K, so now the end is in sight, he's doing the "steam" from the cup.

Oh wait, lets add more colour to the cup!?! Sure, why not! Arg!

(disregard the roll at the waist, it's cause I was laying with my head facing the floor...!?!meaning that it's usually at the top of my legs, lol)

Taaaa Daaaa!

It stung like sunburn for about 2 hours, but after that, it was fine. I love it. Exactly what I wanted.

Tatoo Day

I've got an appointment on Saturday, this Saturday for my next tatoo. Debating between a line drawing of a teacup or a line drawing of a cat (to stand for KAT). What do y'all think?
